Multi-level racks are designed on the basis of standard pallet or shelf racks and additional elements: stairs, interlevel ceilings, fences. Racks are divided into tiers (floors) by rack decks, which are located in the aisles between racks and are the floor for the movement of warehouse employees and equipment.

Ceiling decks can be very different (all-metal, chipboard, profiled sheet), however, galvanized gratings are the most optimal solution.

Mezzanine rack ladders can be located both inside the racking system and outside, if the warehouse configuration allows it.

The shelving system makes it possible to design multi-storey structures using a minimum number of fasteners and a wide range of special accessories.

Multi-level racks do not provide for the use of any loading equipment inside the structure, with the exception of small, lightweight hand trucks.

Detached mezzanine

This design is a platform on which both light shelving structures and office furniture are arbitrarily placed.

Free-standing mezzanine structures are used for a variety of purposes:

• When floor or stacked storage, as well as when storing oversized cargo - to increase the usable area of the warehouse. Such mezzanines can have up to 4 tiers.
• To create an administrative area - allows you to get at the disposal of additional space on the mezzanine. The design of the mezzanine allows not only to place office furniture on it, but also to create a full-fledged multi-room office space. Such mezzanines can be used not only in warehouses, but also in any industrial premises.
• To expand retail space by moving the office space and storage area to the top floor of the mezzanine.
• In expedition areas.
• In areas where special equipment is located: conveyor lines, etc.
• For installation of light shelving, gravity, mobile racks.
